新年を目標を決めずに１月が過ぎてしまった！
ずっともやもやもやもや！
だいぶふんわりふわりと、でも相変わらずどたばたとあっという間に１ヶ月過ぎた。
去年はSMART Objectivesを意識して具体的な目標を立てたら、
目標達成率も割りと図りやすくて、１年の振り返りも具体的にできた。
達成率は、だーいーぶー悪かったけども。。
今年は目標の立て方をちょっと変えて「やらないこと」を明確にしよう。

「何を望んでいるか」明確にするのはとても重要だけど、同時に「何を望んでいないか」をまず明確にしないと常時脳内chaosな私はすぐ色んなことに手をつけ始めて流されてしまう気がする。
排除すること、をまず定めていこう！

今年はどの構想・プロジェクト・活動をやらないことにしますか？
- Projects and activities which I cannot truly believe that they have positive influence to the world.
- Giving up reading a book halfway.
2. What measurements will you ignore?
今年はどの指標をチェック対象外にしますか？
- Uncertain rumor and gossips found on social graphs.
- Comments by those who I cannot pay respect.
3. What customers will you not target?
今年はどんな顧客を相手にしないことにしますか？
- I cannot define this one as I have never worked yet. Maybe next year!
4. What people will you not keep?
今年はどんな人とつきあわないことにしますか？
- Those who seek negative aspects in life and complain about them without making any effort.
- Those who always enjoy speaking ill of others.
5. What competitors will you not follow?
今年はどんなライバルと競わないことにしますか？
- Those who already excel in the fields I am not good at.
6. What will you remove from your web site?
今年はウェブサイトから何を取り除きますか？- Hmmm I always take care of what I post online including this blog, twitter, facebook and google+... So, as always, I will remove tweets and comments that may have negative influence on others.
7. What money will you not spend?
今年は何にお金を使わないようにしますか？

- Cheap clothes, cheap cosmetics and cheap accessaries! "Cheap" as not only in terms of the price but also of its quality.
8. What meetings will you decline?
今年はどんな集まりに参加しないようにしますか？
- Meetings that do not fit in the schedule I am meant to fulfill with responsibility. Decline any meetings if I cannot focus on what I need to prioritize. Know my own capability. Trying lots of different things will not leave me any results. Commit myself and do the bestest I can in what I have decided to achieve.
9. What trips will you not make?
- Youth hostel trips maybe... I bet I will have enough money to avoid that this year.
10. What slides will you not create?
今年はどんなスライドを作らないようにしますか？
- Slides with too many words.
- Slides that won't deliver its message at first glance.
11. What will you not say?
今年は何を言わないようにしますか？- "I'm busy."
- "But..."
- "Maji blah-blah-blah."
12. What thoughts will you not entertain?
今年はどんなことを考えないようにしますか？
- Envying someone else's success, circumstances or their career paths!
今年は「勝負」の年です。
勝負の相手は他の誰でもない「自分」！！
